Required CakePHP,javascript,CSS freelancer for Cakephp - 1 feature job

The task is to programmed all those HTMLS [backend] and the [frontend]
into cakephp.
My side will provide all the design files in HTML/JS/CSS. It contains
both frontend and backend where programming is required.
Your side need to code these files and follow 100% of its design.
Your side also need to create the database and setup the database.
