My backend is built on an old version of CakePHP which is not compatible with new versions of .php.

I'd like the current CakePHP backend to be updated and compatible with all versions of php. and new user friendly design.

The successful proposal must:

-Have worked on back end development
-Have worked with databases
- Work with MINIMAL instruction.
- I want to be able to tell you what I want to achieve and you just do it. I don't want to have to hold someone's hand step by step.
- Include code: Only proposals with 'Code: WOPCake' included at the very top of proposal will be read
-Frequent and regular updates/communication on works be complete
