I am looking for someone who can help me with LLC operating agreement amendments and filings. I have a Delaware LLC doing business in California that I would like to use for investing in Qualified Opportunity Zones.

The ideal candidate has experience with California businesses and can help me make all proper registrations / file appropriate paperwork, advise on any optimizations, and do this on an ongoing annual basis.
