I have collected data from various Instagram API endpoints such as Insights API
I wish to measure the effectiveness of organic Instagram Influencer posts for clients. Influencers will be hired for an event, such as a new restaurant opening. Influencers will post about the event, get impressions, likes, comments, etc but there is no direct tie to the effect on the brand/restaurant. Given they are 'organic' posts Facebook does not measure click or view-through attribution, making conversion metrics difficult to analyze. (if we were using paid ads FB has measurement products for conversion events.
I wish to use something like Judea Pearl's causal inference to build a model using non-connected data.
Ideally, we will see how all posts for a given campaign performed. We have data for the brand going back 1 year such as impressions, likes, mentions, conversions, etc.
Please have experience with media analytics, and ideally causal inference.
