Required CentOS,Nginx freelancer for CENTOS NGINX POST request on 301 Redirect job

I would like to send a post request when there is a 301 redirect I want the post request to send http referal information on certain conditions, relating to whether or not the referral was from an outside source..

I need someone to teach me how to execute this.

I am not looking for a JS script solution as it will fail to load on 301 redirect.-- Maybe if you can figure a way around this... good too.
