We are seeking a long-term relationship with a hands-on Certified Marketo professional with enterprise knowledge and experience in complex instances involving several integrations and mission critical business rules. You will work as an extension to an existing team, working at the direction of the Director of Customer Experience
Estimated time required: Up to 20 hours/week
Response time required: 24 hours (depending on task)
Phase I
- Deep dive strategic review of current implementation against goals and objectives
- Receive and discuss recommendations
- Make changes and updates, document, train team members
Phase II and ongoing
- SmartLists. Scrutinize and potentially revise based on new business rules after analysis of how often individuals in a specific job title are; receiving emails, their opt-out rate, engagement rates, etc.
- Create detailed individual campaign reports to help track in a format that can be integrated with PowerBI.
o This includes each individual Facebook posts using Google Analytics UTMs for tracking
- how many people are clicking the ad
- how many people make it to the landing page
- how many people fill out the form
- how those individuals engage in the coming weeks
- how long it's taking those individuals to opt out
- SMS Text Messaging best practices
- Design and build pop ups and landing pages that are fully branded and functional based on distinct business rules
- Create cleanly implemented progressive profiling on forms
- Create dynamic content with personalization to be used throughout website
- Review all existing templates in use. Edit/recreate/build Marketo templates that will reduce/eliminate the need for hand-coding email in HTML
- Automate approval streams where possible
- Other tasks to be defined
