The project is a government tender that Pretty Neat is hoping to take on with an estimated starting date of Aug 2020. It involves upgrades and maintenance of a government agency's back-end management system driven by Wordpress. To be clear, we did not implement this system, however we have been invited to take it over.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Hosting and deploying services on AWS
- Informing architectural decisions
- Assisting development team setting up development environments
While Pretty Neat is a development shop, we don't have anyone in-house who is a Certified SysOps Administrator or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, which is a requirement for this project.
The project will require approximately 10-20 hours per week over the course of 2 years.
