We are looking for a solo chrome extension developer (not an agency) that we can work with on an as needed basis (20-40 per week). We have several projects that we'd like to work on.

You will need to have prior experience working with Chrome Extensions as well as experience with Javascript & HTML/CSS.

Other skills that would be useful are:
XPATH
Experience with Django/Python
