I would like to get some help to edit a Cisco Call Manager with Cisco Unified Communication to add an IVR for a company and change the inbound route to send caller to this IVR instead of Ring Group.
I have remote access to the machine and would like to proceed to change during night (Eastern Time Canada UTC-5).
