***Permanent Cisco Network Engineer (NOT SUPPORT ROLE)***
***Working hours: 9 - 5 with 5 days a week***
***Working Environment: working from home or travel on customer site***
I am currently looking to recruit Cisco Network Engineer. The ideal candidate will be ideally having experience working in a remote & customer site.
Ideal Experience:
- Flexibility to travel across Europe (European Passport)
- Educated to minimum of degree/HND/CISCO (valid CCNP/CCIE) or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of Cisco SD-Access, SD-WAN are highly advantage.
- Experience of CCW, RFP, RFQ
- Highly customer focused (Enterprise level).
- Team player and willing to learn from others
- Can communicate technical information to staff, colleagues and others as required.
- Ability to drive and deliver technical sessions, meeting, events on customer site and remotely.
- Able to develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, customers and other associated organisations.
- Can work independently and with the team to define, investigate and lead on improving our network infrastructure.
- Excellent Cisco ASA/NGF Firewall experience
- Excellent hands on experience of configuring and administering Cisco Router / switching (access, distribution and core)
- Excellent knowledge of Cisco Wireless LAN Controller and Access Points.
- Knowledge and experience of using Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Cisco Access Control Server, and Cisco ISE
- Excellent knowledge in Designing and implementation of networks based on best practice
- Troubleshooting of Networks
- Able to understand and create detailed documentation and Handover "HLD & LLD" to Support documentation for both technical and non-technical staff, for example Service Desk.
- Ensure that management are informed of Real Time technical issues and changes as they arise.
- Power point and Visio skills is advantages
