Our firm has been asked to prepare a full-service proposal for a gas station expansion. We do not provide civil engineering services in house and are looking for someone to partner with for this project. The site in question is located near Colorado Springs, CO.
Our firm will be providing all the architectural, structural and MEP design. We just need help with any civil work that will be required. This is not my area of expertise, so we need someone to help us determine scope of the civil components. We will be adding a 3-island, 3-pump diesel station with a canopy above. I assume drainage, utilities, seepage etc, will need to be part of the civil package.
We are expecting the civil costs to be around $3500, but it is negotiable based on the required scope.
This project falls under the jurisdiction of the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department in Colorado Springs.
Preference will be given to civil engineers licensed in Colorado, but is not required.
Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have regarding this project.
