Looking for someone experienced in web design to help create high-fidelity wireframes for a website that helps patients find highly rated doctors by sharing the recommendations of other health care professionals. I'm interested in a clean and beautiful aesthetic that will give users a great experience. Location in Boston strongly preferred but not required.
The site will include the following functionalities:
FOR USERS
- ability to create subscription-based user accounts
- ability to search for doctors by various criteria (location, institution, conditions treated, skills and strengths)
- ability to save physician profiles and link to contact their offices
- ability to add comments and ratings to providers' profiles
FOR HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS
- ability to create professional user accounts
- when they log on, they will be asked a series of survey questions to gather their recommendations / input, before being directed to the searchable database
FOR ADMINS
- ability to continually update the physician database
- ability to manage the survey data collected from professionals
