Your Tasks:
- Your main tasks include the (new) installation and maintenance of software, hardware from the area of notebooks, clients and mobile devices.
- Instructions for users in new operating systems and on-site analysis of inquiries(Tickets).
- You are part of the team for IT-related questions for hardware and software area.
- You document inquiries and reports in a ticket system and forward them to colleagues or external service providers if necessary.
Your Profile:
- Ideally, you have studied computer science or a comparable training in IT, for example: B. IT specialist system integration completed and already first professional experience.
- You have in-depth knowledge of a Windows client environment and first experience in dealing with notebooks and peripherals (printers, scanners, monitors)
- You find yourself in personal dealings with users.
