I need a smart and dedicated customer service associate who will help me in handling client inquiries, incoming pre-sales questions, provide live chat and email support. With friendly attitude, ability to handle several tasks at the same time, eventually grow and manage a support team. Perfect command of English (both written and oral) is a must.
- SLA: during working hours all inquiries should be handled within 1 hour maximum.
- Number of live chats dropped vs. handled.
- Number or inquires answered which resulted into a sale.
Working hours: mon-fri, 9 am - 6 pm Eastern Standard Time (US).
