Hi,
We are a small startup and would like to setup a Cloud Virtual Machine so that up to 10 users can access our specific Windows 32 bit applications on the go. Some applications need internet access.

I will be guided by you as to what platform to use but keeping costs as low as possible should be a priority.
Citrix, VMWare, Azure, I will be guided by you as to what we use.
