Required API Development freelancer for CMS Setup Inc. API to talk with Manychat (JSON) job

Hi,

I'm looking for an experienced developer who can setup a CMS which will be used to store specific data such as restaurant menu items or real estate listing, and an API which can receive GET requests and output the data in JSON.

The purpose of this CMS is so that business owners can update their own menus / listings within the database (must be very user friendly), which will then be used via an API with Manychat using their Dynamic Content Blocks. This information will then be used in Facebook Messenger conversations.

Manychat will perform GET requests to the server API which will need to find the correct data and return it in JSON format back to Manychat. Each record in the databased will need to include a title, description, price and image.

I need the full thing setup, this includes:

Database
CMS to update database - must support multiple users and be user friendly
Server API to output the JSON back to Manychat

Notes:

The database will need to be stored on my server
The CMS will need to sit on a secure domain
I will need admin access to the CMS to setup various users

I will share a Manychat Docs with shortlisted candidates

This should be a straightforward job for an experienced developer. I'm looking to get this tested and up and running quite quickly, so am ideally looking for someone / a team who can begin working on this immediately.
