Required 3D Design,3D Modeling freelancer for CNC programmer to program wood carving job

I'm looking for a relatively simple job that includes making a CNC program for wood carving. That program should know to take a wood plate and peel from its surface (and sometimes not from all the surface) up to 15 mm for example.
That wooden plates are meant to be stairs, but in order to install them properly they need to be peeled of certain amount in different places. It also maybe that every plate (about 22-23 in all) should be peeled differently.
