One of our team members is building his D3.js skills through a short project. The idea of the project is that he takes an existing prototype design and builds it in D3.js.
What we are looking for today is someone who could support our team member in his learning process. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact and advise on any conceptual or specific issues our team member runs into.
We expect the project to take about 3 - 6 weeks. Workloads will fluctuate but we have every intention to align schedules to make it worthwhile for both parties.
Our team member is well versed in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, python, R and SQL. He has practiced using D3.js for a few weeks but we are confident he can learn quickly. He is a graphic designer and statisician by training.
Since this is only a prototype, there are likely to be several opportunities in short order in which we would happily continue a fruitful collaboration.
