Required Desktop Applications,DNS,API,Prototype,Standalone Application freelancer for Code a simple Java program that emulates basic BIND-dig job

I do not want to use CYGWIN or any BIND package.
I want a simple Java program that returns the equivalent of:
dig @ domain.suffix

* The program does not need to be extendable - aiming for the most simple code possible
* The program must not have a dependency on anything other than standard java libraries
* The program doesn't need to unmarshalled, a simple string result is just fine

- However, these are way to complex for what I am trying to do!

In the end, 'dig' is some sort of protocol over TCP that I hope can be emulated easily without implementing the whole functionality.
