Required 3D Rendering freelancer for Coffee Hit shop 3D rendering in Lumion job

I have a shop already modelled in Sketchup 2018 I what this put into Lumion to develop Photo realistic renderings. There are 5 scenes in the model I need rendered. I need PDF and Jpeg output to replace my existing renders which are in sketchup Layout and will be printed on A3 paper. The images need to be that same aspect as I have sketches and Layout, as I want to replace them in Layout. I don't think you need to change the materials, I think you can use the model as is. maybe the people might need to be better? Please provide a fixed cost to do the job.
