An on-going project with the Hardware already set-up needs to be designed a Flexible PCB using SMD components and a particular polymer for shielding, to keep components in the right place and water-proof, and frictionless.
STM32 will be used to accomplish the design objectives. The system needs to operate 5 groups of LEDs, that the 1st one is a single LED, the 2nd group is composed of 2 LEDs that need to operate the same way, the 3rd group is 6 LEDs that need to operate the same way. The 4th group is an individual array of 7 Board with 8 LEDs each one, that needs to operate individually but under the same group arrangement.
And the 5th group the number of LEDs are undecided, until accomplishing other tasks of the project. on which consists this job post too, but they will operate individually under the group arrangement like last one. The machine uses 3 kinds of different coil design, on where amplified audio signals will be input, Coil 1 it's design and prototype it's finished. But 2 other coils need to be designed, prototype and adapt to my project. I will give you full instructions, and every detail of this process to accomplish this task, under the professional framework I need, for this stage.
The machine needs to perform and stream 2 kinds of audio files, for heading to the outputs of the coil in an amplified form. The MCU uses a NAND Flash 1GB memory to store everything related to the project. The machine uses an I2C OLED Screen to display much information of the project and an Animation that I will provide you on time.
For control uses 2 push buttons and 2 SoftPot potentiometers, 1 master slide switch.
Power Consumption and calculation analysis must be done to design the battery and it's step-up step-down circuitry. Plus several add-ons I will disclose you.
Also, the operation of a small motor bidirectional polarity has to be achieved using a relay.
The firmware of the entire system must be made.
Any questions and doubts, regarding this. Please contact me.
