The deliverable is an analysis showing ROI, Cap Rate, IRR, equity multiple, projected cash flows, etc as part of an analysis of rent roll/property income and operating expenses for a multi-tenant office building. Please build-in appropriate loan, occupancy, increases and vacancy assumptions, and consider budgeting cap improvements, reserves and commissions. The analysis will accompany other materials in the offering memorandum. I am the lead broker and owner of the brokerage company.
