*** Job Description
- Ensure compliance with laws, legal codes,documents, government organization/functions;
- Conduct risk assessment of Company operations; establishes a compliance review plan/ schedules reviews; reports and sets deadlines;
- Plan, develop, and perform reviews; assesses internal controls; identifies risk and risk exposure; mitigate potential fraud, waste, and abuse;
- Evaluate operational processes; determines conformance with various compliance requirements; create and direct the implementation of process change with others responsible in functional department;
- Understand Company policies and procedures; recommends the change for improvement;
- Completing compliance auditing, monitoring, and verification activities;
- Use investigative techniques, laws, directives and apply investigative standards, policies and procedures necessary to make competent investigative determinations;
- Provide training to other departments, staffs on complex issues and regulations;
***Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, law, or other related field;
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in compliance management, internal audit, or related field;
- Strong communication (oral and written), problem-solving, analytic, interpersonal skills;
- Customer service & requirements oriented;
- Able to work effectively (independently and/or within teams) across functional areas in a collaborative environment;
- Able to manage multiple tasks with competing timelines and deliverable;
- Interpretation and implementation of legislation and regulation relating to financial services;
- Ability to apply management and leadership skills to attain and maintain compliance in a cost-effective manner;
- Spoken languages: English fluent. Additional languages valued;
