Concept phase of a project focusing on metal and/or carbon fiber application of a high performance niche industry aftermarket part (specific industry and idea details available after NDA). Successfully answering the below assessment would result in a new startup product company.
Company assessment of strength to weight, cell and membrane design, etc. Assessment needs to consider if product design utilizing 3D printing can yield a (at least) competitive product (argument is predominantly weight-based) to current manufacturing standards, and concurrently satisfy safety requirements.
This is not a standard product design/CAD project. If you are not familiar with design for additive mfg and designing cells and membranes, I would ask respectfully that you do not apply.
