I have an android mobile phones connected to an office WiFi and also with a 4G data plan.

I want to use the mobile phone as a proxy server. The goal would be to have a Windows PC browser connect to the proxy server so that the public IP of that browser appears as the IP of the mobile phone 4G data plan. The proxy must act as a Transparent proxy, so that the websites accessed through the Windows PC browser can't detect its being browsed via a proxy server.

I know there are several proxy server apps for android so the job would be to configure the app in the mobile device so that we can connect the windows PC and confirm it's IP is recognized as the mobile IP.

Access to the device will be granted via Teamviewer or similar.
