I want to take hold of a business opportunity in the EU/EEA (preferably Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Luxembourg or Iceland) and am therefore looking for someone with knowledge and insight into building law and how to obtain a permit for a new structure.
I would like to set up a small operation with building units made out of retrofitted shipping containers and am therefore looking for someone who could be able to offer some advice in regards to this.
The units are about 30 m2 and can be stacked one on top of the other.
The project would be carried out on a much smaller scale, a 3x3 container setup would suffice to test out the market, if it would be ready for a project.
If you, or your company, are someone who can help out in regards of finding a plot of land and working towards obtaining necessary permits as well as equipping the building with an electricity line, water and sewage, please let me know in your response. Just consulting in regards of the local building/permit law is also being seeked.
