Required Excel VBA,Data Annotation,Microsoft Excel,Google Sheets freelancer for Construction estimating model build - excel expert job

I need someone to work on various excel related projects. This will be an ongoing project.
Deliverables;
- Update existing model to better suit data input form clients
- Build better commercial project model
- create client facing addenda specification that will allow clients to make their choices and have selections directly built into cost

Must have previous experience working in construction & have a knowledge of relative topics
Please submit examples of previous modelling work you have done.

More work will come up as time passes, I need a trusted analyst that I can rely on for estimating, building new models etc.
