Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for Consultancy for R&D project - ultrasonic resonance technology job

We start a program of R&D to develop an equipment able to put an heat exchanger under resonance frequency.
We are looking for someone who is able to help us define the equipment and methods to define the resonance frequency of the machine we want to resonate.
We need to get technical support to help us to solve material design and selection of components to be able to make a prototype of an equipment working under ultrasonic resonance frequency. Choice of generator, sonotrode, position, geometry, power required,etc.....
