I am looking for a guru who understands the in-out of mobile development. My vision is to go away from native development and use generic/web development for mobiles. So i am looking for someone to guide me

3) Top 3 competing technologies and rational to use those? Preferably using js/jquery etc.
4) Low battery and other resources consuming applications.
5) Best way to create app and backend communication which is

5.2) safe and secure
5.3) tracking request and response
5.4) logging
5.5) error notifications etc
6) How does the approach impact the integration with other APIs?
7) How does it impact the efforts, cost, & user experience?
