At the end of every year, 100+ UNICEF Country and Regional Offices produce their Annual Reports in three languages - English, French and Spanish. At HQ, UNICEF Health prepares an annual summative report based on global trends, performance data and content analysis from the above mention Annual Reports. This analysis was completed manually for 2018 Annual Reports using a coding structure.
We are looking for Qualitative Data Analysis expertise to automate the extraction using the draft coding structure using tools like NViVo, MAXQDA, QDAMiner and others. We will run this project on 2018 annual reports, to see how well this can align with the analysis completed manually. Thereafter, we will run the same project on 2019 annual reports

2) The original report from one UNICEF region (PDF) - summarized in sheet EAPR
