Required 3D Design,3D Modeling,3D Rendering,Architecture,Architectural Rendering freelancer for Convert 2 D architectural plans to 3 D plans job

Looking for someone to convert my two dimensional architectural plans to three dimensional. I would like the ability to walk through thereby using a program like sketch up. A video would be appreciated. The rooms include a kitchen nook, a master bathroom, and a new gym above the master bathroom. So three spaces total. Please include a couple of iterations to tweak things. I will share documents later today.

I have 2D architectural drawings in PDF. Need to convert to 3D and add the interior finishes. I have photos from magazines on what that will look like.
