Required Contract Drafting,Contract Law freelancer for Corporate Laywer - Contract Writer needed job

I am the founder of atech startup. I had a legal adviser that used to help with the legal side of things in my company. Unfortunately, he had to leave due to urgent commitments.

I am looking for someone who is experienced in contract writing and corporate legal advice. The job will include:
- Corporate contracts writing, amending and reviewing. To name a few:
* Shareholders/Partnerships Agreements
* Contractors Agreements
* Employee Agreements
- T&Cs writing and reviewing
- Occasional (on ad-hoc basis) legal advice

For this particular job, I want a new shareholders'/Partnerships agreement.
