We are searching for a talented Corporate/Contract Law Specialist to handle our company’s legal transactions, partnerships, and projects. Your principal goal will be to guarantee that all our company’s transactions comply with laws and regulations, while actively helping our company avoid possible legal risks and violations.

The candidate will be responsible for the oversight and management of all corporate level business related agreements and contracts, and should have proven ability to identify, review, examine, monitor & coordinate various contracts previously arranged or company-standard contracts.

Duties

• Review fixed bid contracts with clear and actionable SLA's and deliverables
• Coordinates efforts (both internal and external) to help ensure that contractual agreements in place are clear, fair and legally binding
• Facilitates the preparation and execution of contractual agreements
• Negotiate deals on behalf of the company
• Examine the legal issues related to new products and services
• Protect the company against legal risks and violations
• Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters
• Represent the company in legal proceedings
• Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors

Requirements
