Discovered all my communications and vehicle travel was being tracked or logged and in a highly organized and professional manner. Same dwelling for 8yrs,started to observe fresh tampering. Property entries locked but entry often when out. Evidence of 2wire and RMON observed. Ruled out fbi and other law enforcement agency. Could be US Homeland ...issues & hacks started 2+yrs ago, matching the timing when I met my now fiance yet she is still blocked from visa. As I was to Venezuela, her home country. Other possibilities are the mother of my children hired a team or firm to gather information for slander of character and sabotage of my business, could be that mother of children did a digital castration damaging professional personal relationships.
Would like to confirm who is behind it, restore or save lost pics & docs. Need help with designing a secure network capable blocking frequency's.
