I'd like to create a simple web database of toilets around the world.
I will need an entry page where members input the location and details of the restrooms including photos.
I'd like to achieve this on my own webpage so please create an entry data page (input data) and admin page and results viewing page. I also need an admin page where administrator can approve to add, edit, delete the data.
You can integrate outside service to achieve this.

The fields on database is five simple text fields plus map (location) and photos.
The webpage is preferably using on CMS like the Wordpress though you can design and code the entire page also.
I will provide the domain name and the hosting upon starting of the work.
