What I need is a multi steps form for a quote page (same url at each step / 3 steps + one confirmation page on a different url)

I've designed the wireframes, so you can check the 3 steps of the form. I need it to be pixel perfect, lightspeed and responsive.

There is a progress bar (the orange line at the top for each of the step) and the answers submitted by the user need to be displayed in the right column at each step.

I'd like to use Elementor Pro Form widget to use the webhook functionality to send the data submitted to a spreadsheets (or if you have any alternatives, please advice me) and Google Tag Manager to track the leads on a confirmation page (that I'll create for you).
