Create an Excel spreadsheet showing a loan portfolio returns with all monthly revenues being reinvested monthly into additional loans along with other revenue streams being added to the portfolio on a monthly basis. The spreadsheet will be used for Investor presentations.

For Example:
$500,000 invested (portfolio size) with a 15% return on invested funds. Invested funds will be loaned out with monthly payments. All loan payments are reinvested each month. Also, need to allow for other revenue streams to be added monthly. Need to show a default rate.
