Required Contract Drafting,Contract Law,Corporate Law freelancer for Create Back-to-Back Prime/Subcontract agreements with Revenue Share job

I need to create a contract template for my clients and subs. I have an income share agreement with both. This will be a contract between US companies/individuals AND between US and foreign companies/individuals.
