Required Data Science & Analytics,Data Mining & Management freelancer for Create Excel Spreadsheet job

I need to have an Excel Spreadsheet created that will included a lookup function.
This is for creating a pricing plan that will be based on mileage of a vehicle and want to be able to type in a mileage and have the spreadsheet give us what the pricing should be based on set parameters of cost for a service and starting mileage of the vehicle.
