Looking for motivated individual to put together an interactive online based compliance training with voice over, graphics, interactive questions, and PowerPoint slides.

The content has been prepared and the presentation is already exists as a PowerPoint.

The task required is converting the content (currently in the PowerPoint presentation) into a format that is compatible with an online hosting platform like such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, that can publish to SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004.

The end product should be compatible for use on mobile device and will be in two languages (English and Spanish)

Individual should be available to make revisions to draft as needed.
