The work to be done involves creating excel based templates from the data that we provide in MS Excel, so that once the data is input, we have a corresponding graph available which could be used to communicate the KPI visually.
These would include chart displays for Key Process Indicators like Quality, Delivery, Production, Productivity, Scrap Trends, Improvement Trends, Absenteeism, Downtime etc.
All the templates should produce charts which should have a formatting to link them to a single company with the company logo to be placed suitably.
