Description
We are a small team of 3 people who are looking to expand our team to serve more clients. We focus on helping our clients with their business through YouTube. Now that we are getting into more niches, we need to hire a part-time WordPress and ClickFunnels Expert who can work fast and provide high quality work.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a web developer and designer who is able to commit 10-20 hours per week to assist us in four core areas and one optional core area. They are:
a) Funnel Creation and Design - This includes lead capture pages, sales pages, thank you pages etc
b) Technical Support - From time to time, we have issues that need to be fix promptly
c) Analytics and Data - Data is extremely important to us in our business. We constantly strive to understand our customers, potential customer and traffic better.
d) Tracking - We track everything in our company from traffic sources to sales to knowing what our popular blog post is.
e) Video Editing / Graphic Design - This is optional. It's a bonus if you're decent in these two areas.
Traits that we look for someone that we hire:
a) Extremely Solution Driven / Problem Solver - You have to be in the mindset of "How can I get this to work" instead of "This can't work" or "This is not possible"
b) Initiative - You must take the initiative. We do not micro manage our team and most of our team members have the freedom to express their work, creativity and ideas.
c) Fast - You must be comfortable with the fast paced environment of a startup company.
d) Grow - You must be constantly improving your craft and your skills. We usually fund our team members on courses and materials that they would like to take and learn. That is how much we prioritise learning and growth in our team.
e) Passion and Fun - You must be extremely passionate in what you do and have fun. Our company is filled with people who love what they do and are passionate about what they do.
Experience - If you have experience working for an internet marketer and tremendous experience working on funnel creation, this will be a huge advantage for you in getting the position.
