Required English freelancer for Creator of a PDF Reader and Editor (4/5 tools) for Windows job

A New IT Solutions company, base on Switzerland want to create a PDF Reader and Editor, with 4/5 tools for run on Windows.

The Tools are:
- Pencil;
- Eraser;
- Text Creator, and;
- Forms Creator;
- Point-to-Point Measure in construction plants (the user will introduce the scale before)

We also need to have a hide the parts we draw or add, and see the original PDF and a calculator.

Should be able to 'Save as'
