Required Legal freelancer for Crowd-Funding/Start Up Funding Expert/Assistant job

Need someone who is very adept and experienced in crowdfunding for a start up company who specializes in deploying mobile applications.

Need a user who utilizes more than 'Kickstart' and is able to develop a campaign strategy, with proven results, and can accumulate start up funds.
Need someone who is so confident they can be paid from the funds they collect (even though we can work out other paid agreements) and is ready to begin asap
Individual needs to have experience with tech startups!!
