Would like to hire a good front end developer for UI/UX prototype development.

Requirement:
1. Expert in CSS/HTML/SASS. Extensive experience with bootstrap.
2. Good sense of UI/UX design.
3. Extensive experience with bootstrap theme customization.
4. Good JS experience. Any reactjs is a plus.
5. Be able to turn the mockups/wireframe to responsive page with css/html/sass/bootstrap.
6. Detailed orientated.

Notes:
1. Any generic response will be automatically disqualified.
2. Be able to work with PST timezone for a few hours each day.
3. Reliable and responsive. We need daily progress update and standup update.
