Required cPanel,Extract, Transform and Load,sql,Excel,Product Upload freelancer for csv product upload woocommerce job

I am having big problems uploading 3000+ products to my site.
In some cases products upload perfectly and go into their subcategory and the subcategory goes into the parent category correctly.

In other cases the subcategories refuse to go into the parent category.
In other cases a duplicate subcategory is created with the same name and keeps half of the products.

I am looking for someone who can sort this out quickly.
