We built a customer portal for a client who uses Bitrix24 Self-Hosted. The client want their customers to create, close and open tickets and also see ticket status from the customer portal.
Agents are to respond to the customers ticket from Bitrix24 which is supposed to reflect in the customer portal.
One option is the possibility of embedding Bitrix24 Helpdesk module into the Customer Portal. Another option is building a custom app that will work in Bitrix34 and the customer portal.
