We are an international team, designing and manufacturing a range of highly desirable leisure items for the domestic and commercial hospitality and retail network. Our head office is based in London, with additional offices in Australia and the USA.

Overview:

We are searching for a motivated and self-disciplined customer service assistant to join our international team as we expand from the European and Australian markets into the USA.

Your role will be multi-faceted as you work across various departments, including logistics support, customer service, accounts receivable and sales support.

You will be responsible for customer service and data management via excel, handling email management through Gmail as well as utilising the Google suite of apps to collaborate with the international team.

Daily tasks:

Logistical support-
Organising deliveries of customer orders with 3PL companies in USA, Australia and UK
Updating inventory spread sheets
Checking tracking details, liaising with warehouse and customers
Maintaining warehouse management systems and retailer dash boards

Customer Service Support -
Under the direction of the team leader, you will be assisting with customer enquiries on USA time zone and occasional UK support

Sales and accounts support -
With guidance for your various line managers, you will be trained in making initial sales contacts, responding to initial sales enquiries.

Work hours:
9am to 5pm USA time, Monday to Friday and occasional weekends

Required:

- Must have 5 years of relevant experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel working on spreadsheet
- Must be experience in data management
- Must be highly reliable
- Must have experience in email management and correspondence
- Well organized and works well under pressure
- Must have excellent command in English (both written and verbal)
- Willing to work full time 8 hours per day
- Amenable to start immediately

Work from home is acceptable for self-reliant, motivated applicants. We are also able to consider a work space office in Cebu if required.

We will offer full training in all departments and ongoing support to the successful applicant.
