We are seeking a part-time Customer Happiness expert. You will be in charge of TECHNICAL Support Tier 1 & 2, its important to learn our software in and out in DETAIL, and also do on boarding and customer service. Even help guides & tutorials.
ABOUT THE ROLE -
We need someone who has previous customer service experience and is very good with people, and that it includes speaking to them on the phone, helping them get setup, answering their questions and even creating video tutorials. So if you love speaking to customers and have a touch of sales in you, this is the job for you.
We are seeking someone LONG TERM, that will most likely go into full time after 6 months.
- Must be very fluent in English.
- Comfortable speaking to customers on the phone.
- Able to make very high quality help guides & tutorials.
- Must be able to do solid Tier 1 and some Tier 2 support and LEARN the platform very well.
- This is both a technical role & customer service role & customer happiness role, we need an all around person.
You will work for a cool SAAS Company who is growing with a remote team.
