We are looking for an expert customer service representative with experience working in E-commerce. We currently have one experienced member on our customer service team and we are looking to add a new member.
You will be trained by our current customer service representative. When you apply, include the word red and tell us about your previous customer experience.
Requirements:
- experiencing using Zendesk
- experiencing doing customer service for E-commerce stores
- using macros with zendesk will be fantastic
Responsibilities:
Respond to the customer requests on ZenDesk in perfect English
Issue refunds according to our refund policy
Re-send products to our customers when needed
Respond to all customer inquiries quickly
Communicate on WhatsApp daily with our team
Hourly rate 4$ per hours
